Today’s post will highlight some of my favorite finds online in the pantry department. A great space to organize your cooking supplies and equipment is always a plus and allows you to operate more efficiently in your household saving precious time and money. The first thing I noticed about this pantry was not the design I must admit, it was Charles Chips. I called them Charlie Chips growing up. I remember the delivery guy would show up at the front door. (The anticipation of potato chips as a child is much different than today’s deliveries.) This pantry has a place for oversized pots, bowls, entertaining pieces that don’t necessarily fit in your kitchen. I love the baskets for fruit and vegetables and a place to put your large trays. Traditional Kitchen by New Rochelle Closet & Home Storage Designers transFORM | The Art of Custom Storage This next pantry has a lot of food storage space on the three shelves. It has a wine and beverage refrigerator with vegetable drawers for potatoes and onions. I especially like the additional counter space provided. Farmhouse Kitchen by Saratoga Springs Design-Build Firms Witt Construction This is probably one of my favorite designs. I love the colors, the design, the counter space where you have a place to put your small kitchen appliances, the additional sink, the vast amount of storage. It’s definetely a winner. Traditional Kitchen by Brevard Architects & Designers Platt Architecture, PA I had to throw this one in because if my kids were ranking them, I know they would pick this one. All they would see is the containers full of candy. I do like the pantry however for other reasons. Note the tile behind the stainless steel shelving. This allows for easy cleaning. I think they had kids in mind for more than one reason when building this pantry. Traditional Kitchen by Calverton Kitchen & Bath Designers East End Country Kitchens A simple yet elegant design is what this next one is all about. It allows for additional counter space with closed cabinetry for everything. Here, nothing is left out and about. The glass cabinetry ensures a quick find without having to open each cabinet. Rustic Kitchen by Indianapolis Tile, Stone & Countertops SANTAROSSA MOSAIC & TILE CO INC An additional refrigerator is a great thing as seen below. My mother always had an additional refrigerator or two whether it be in an additional living space or the garage. Here you see the refrigerator and washer and dryer all in one space with some additional counter space and shelving. Farmhouse Kitchen by Portland Architects & Designers Whitten Architects This is a looooooong but beautiful pantry. Traditional Kitchen by Fairfax Kitchen & Bath Designers Kleppinger Design Group, Inc. Last but not least, this pantry offers an unexpected surprise when you open it’s doors. You anticipate a simple shallow cabinet, however a full walk in hidden room awaits. Transitional Spaces by Fort Myers Design-Build Firms Castle Harbour homes All of these pantries I think can give us inspiration. A good design is key and a proper space is essential.
